How can I place my order with you?

You can order until 5pm online, via telephone or by emailing or faxing us for next day delivery using the below communication channels.

We don't have a minimum order quantity, and we have the facility for free delivery for orders that meet our threshold criteria.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Depending on which delivery carrier your order has been sent on, you can independently track your order or our Customer Service Team can do this for you.

Can I save items I order regularly?

You can create a favourites list and add as many items as you like. You can then select products from your favourites list to order, or transfer your whole favourites list directly in to your basket to order.

Can I use the images on your website?

All of the images on our website are available to download for business to business use and can be freely used within the time frame indicated. Some brands ask that lifestyle images are not used for business to consumer purposes. Please contact marketing@prestigeleisure.com for more information.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order this?

Our Customer Service team can look to source this item for you. If this proves unsuccessful, we can place this item on back order status for you and provide you with regular updates on when we will be able to ship this item to you.

Can I save my payment details for faster checkout?

If you have a credit account with us, you are able to place orders and charge the balance to your account without entering any payment details, provided you are within your account limits. If you would like to pay for your order on a pro forma basis, then as a security measure we do require payment details to be entered at checkout during each transaction to ensure your details are protected and safe.

Can I change my delivery address online?

Yes, you can edit your delivery address whenever you need to. A default address will also be automatically saved for you. You can even choose to have an order delivered under plain cover, allowing you to ship directly from ourselves to your customer.

I am looking for a particular type of product. Can you recommend something which suits my requirements?

We know that with such a vast range of products, finding the right one your customer is looking for can sometimes prove challenging. Our Customer Service Team is more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect garments to fulfil your requirements.

Can I collect my order?

You are able to collect an order from our distribution facility the next day between the hours of 10.30am - 4pm. You will be advised of a time to collect by the customer service team. Please also be prepared to quote your order number upon arrival.

How do I convert my proforma account to a credit account?

You can apply for a credit facilitated account with us by downloading our Application Form and returning it to us hand signed. Our Credit Control department will liase with our trusted partners to determine the outcome and you will then receive the decision in writing.
