We'll look so you don't have to
If we can't fulfil your order from our own stock then we'll do what we can to source the items from wherever needed to complete your order. If our efforts are unsuccessful, we'll place the item on back order status so we can get it to you as soon as we can. We'll give you a call when it's available and make sure you still need it, and then we'll ship them to you at no extra cost. Our Customer Service Team are more than happy to provide you with a report of the items you have on back order to help you keep track.
We don't charge for doing our job
We understand that it gets busy. So, you can place as many separate orders with us as you need to throughout the day, but we'll only charge once for delivery. We'll make sure the orders are consolidated to your account and only generate one delivery charge, provided they are being delivered to one UK mainland address. This way you can place your orders as you need them, securing your stock and be safe in the knowledge there is no hidden surprise costs.
